• Medical City Arlington is seeking a full-time, board-certified Obgyn to join a high-performing OB Hospitalist team in a role that offers flexibility, professional support, and meaningful impact. • Qualified Candidates:

• + 24-hour shifts + No on-call duties + Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work-life balance + Physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter) + OB Hospitalist coverage model ensures two providers are scheduled and on-site at all times to support continuous patient care and team collaboration + First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians + Strong, reliable back-up call system + Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies + Supported by highly experienced operational and clinical teams to ensure your success + Join a cohesive, collaborative, and energetic group of hospitalists who value trust, communication, and teamwork •
