Bilingual Primary Care Physician (PCP) | Full-Time | Azle, TX Competitive Base Salary + Bonus | Monday-Friday | No Call HCIC Medical Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient healthcare organization in Mansfield, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity ideal for physicians interested in value-based care, senior populations, and a strong work-life balance . About the Role We are looking for a physician with experience or strong interest in Primary Care and Geriatrics , particularly within Medicare Advantage and Medicaid populations . This role emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, and quality outcomes , allowing physicians to build long-term patient relationships while improving overall population health. The clinical environment is highly supportive and community-focused , with integrated care teams and a strong emphasis on patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and senior patients Perform annual wellness visits, preventive care, and chronic disease management Develop and implement individualized, value-based care plans Manage patients with a focus on quality outcomes and reduced hospitalizations Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.) Monitor and address HEDIS and STAR quality metrics Accurately document encounters in EMR (eCW preferred) Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams (NPs, MAs, case managers, specialists) Educate patients and families on disease prevention and lifestyle management Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory guidelines Schedule Monday through Friday Day shift (8-hour schedule) No call On-site position Required Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited program Active, unrestricted Texas Medical License DEA license in good standing Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine 2-3+ years of experience with Medicare or Medicare Advantage patients (preferred) Experience or familiarity with value-based care models Knowledge of
