Women's Healthcare Center of Baytown is seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible OB/GYN to join our well-established, physician-owned women's health private practice in Baytown, Texas. This is an opportunity with immediate patient volume, strong hospital support, and a collaborative practice environment. The incoming physician will join a busy women's health practice offering comprehensive OB/GYN care, in-office procedures, and access to ancillary services. Position Highlights Full-scope OB/GYN Immediate patient volume and strong community demand Practice currently averages approximately 40 deliveries per month 4.5-day work week Shared call rotation of 1:5 Dedicated surgical/block time Two Baytown office locations, including a GYN-focused office Experienced clinical and administrative support Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive income guarantee + productivity incentives 4 weeks PTO plus paid holidays 5 CME days annually 401(k) with 4% match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Malpractice coverage License and DEA reimbursement Qualifications Board Certified/Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Active Texas license or eligibility to obtain About Baytown, TX Located just east of Houston, Baytown offers waterfront recreation, a lower cost of living, and convenient access to the broader Houston metropolitan area.
