Locums About the Facility This 154-bed general acute care facility operates as a Level 3 trauma center, providing inpatient services to the community it serves. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and the resources necessary to support call-based pediatric coverage. Clinical operations are structured to ensure quality inpatient care delivery for pediatric patients. About the Facility Location Texas offers a range of regional attractions and recreational opportunities suited to varied interests. The state features outdoor recreation areas, cultural venues, and year-round community events that reflect the diversity of its regions. Residents and visitors alike benefit from a broad selection of dining, entertainment, and outdoor activities available throughout the state. About the Clinician's Workday The clinician will provide inpatient pediatric call coverage during 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM shifts at a 154-bed general acute care facility designated as a Level 3 trauma center. Call coverage is required as part of this locum tenens assignment, with the clinician expected to maintain continuous availability throughout each assigned call period. Clinical responsibilities include managing inpatient pediatric cases in accordance with the facility's established protocols. Board certification in Pediatrics is negotiable for this position.
