BW Radiology-MRI Full Time Day Shift Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

JOB SUMMARY

The program manager of CT/MRI ensures service operation, personnel management, resource allocation, and control in order to support and enhance patient care. Responsible for the services provided within the hospital and satellite locations by CT/MRI staff. Direct supervision of FTE's in CT/MRI locations/departments. Assists in managing the day to day operations of the department. Provides MRI services for patients as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education Graduate of an accredited Radiography Program Minimum Work Experience 3 years Required Licenses/Certifications CT and MR ARRT Registered Texas Medical Board MRT Obtain BLS Healthcare CPR within 30 days of hire Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Ability to interact with excellent human relations and communication skills Proven managerial skills Ability to handle confidential information Ability to supervise employees Ability to compile and analyze reports Ability to develop and compose applicable policies and procedures Ability to interview others Ability to research information
