Job Description
Practice Highlights:
- Join an established, collegial primary care team of 3 advanced practice clinicians
- See 18-20 patients per day
- Outpatient only practice so you can enjoy your nights and weekends as you wish
- The rural health clinic is part of an Independent critical access hospital that has a partnership with one of the larger health systems in San Antonio
- Visa support available
- Spanish fluency is a plus
Compensation Details:
- Income guarantee of at least $300,000 +wRVU production
- Recruitment incentives include a signing bonus, training stipend and relocation assistance; HPSA designed so qualifies for NHSC loan assistance
- Full suite of health & medical benefits
- CME stipend $3,000 + 5 days
- Paid time off - 28 days
- 403b retirement with 5% match
