Emergency Medicine Physician South Texas 1099 Up to $300/Hour Level IV Trauma 70 Visits/Day Strong Specialty Back-Up She Recruits is partnering with a high-volume South Texas community hospital to recruit Emergency Medicine Physicians for a 1099 opportunity offering strong hourly compensation and steady, manageable volume. This is a well-supported ED environment with broad specialty coverage and balanced acuity. Compensation (1099) Board Certified Emergency Medicine $280/hour (Day) $300/hour (Night) Not Board Certified in EM (FP/IM with ED experience) $270/hour (Day) $285/hour (Night) Competitive differential for night coverage. Schedule 7:00 AM 7:00 PM 7:00 PM 7:00 AM 12-hour shifts APP support coverage: 11:00 AM 9:00 PM 2:00 PM 12:00 AM Team-based physician + APP model. Facility Overview 12-bed Emergency Department 4-bed Express Care (APP staffed) Level IV Trauma designation 25,500 annual ED visits 70 visits per day
