With a short ramp-up period and built-in demand, you can quickly build a thriving practice. Position Highlights Orthopedic Surgery opportunity within a large, established group Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Approximate split: 60% outpatient / 40% inpatient Call requirement: approximately 10-12 days per month Clinic volume: ~20 patients per day Surgical volume: ~8 cases per week to start Work within the largest orthopedic group in El Paso formed through acquisition of OSA and EPOG 3 Da Vinci robotic systems Hospital privileges at THOP Memorial Campus Practice offers autonomy with limited micromanagement What We Offer Guaranteed salary with productivity bonus Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance Paid time off with CME and stipend support Centralized billing, coding, and collections support Dedicated in-house teams including HR, IT, marketing, business development, and PR Short ramp-up period with strong patient demand Malpractice insurance provided Health, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with employer matching Deferred compensation program Candidate Requirements BE/BC Orthopedic Surgery Active TX license or ability to obtain Why El Paso El Paso offers a unique blend of rich cultural heritage, vibrant community life, and year-round sunshine.
