Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ophthalmologist to join our established ophthalmology practice. The ideal candidate will provide high‑quality medical and surgical eye care to a diverse patient population, including both adults and children. We value strong communication skills, professionalism, and a patient‑centered approach to care. This position may be structured as full‑time or part‑time, with scheduling options discussed during the hiring process. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive eye examinations and evaluate overall ocular health Diagnose and manage a wide range of ophthalmic conditions, from routine to complex Perform ophthalmic surgical procedures, including cataract surgery and laser treatments Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR system while maintaining HIPAA compliance Provide clear patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care Deliver ophthalmic care to adults and children, addressing routine, chronic, and complex needs Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient patient flow and high‑quality care Qualifications MD or DO with completion of an accredited Ophthalmology residency Board certified or board eligible in Ophthalmology Current state medical license or eligibility for licensure Proficiency in ophthalmic surgical procedures Experience with EMR systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Vietnamese preferred, not required We encourage interested candidates to apply and discover how their skills and commitment to patient care can thrive within our practice.
