  • + Deliver full-spectrum outpatient primary care to patients of all ages + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve coordination and outcomes + Engage in quality improvement and practice innovation initiatives + Support a physician-led culture of clinical excellence

  • + MD or DO degree + Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
