Residency:
Successful completion of an approved ACGME or AOA-accredited postgraduate training program in Emergency Medicine or Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of current experience in an Emergency Department with a pediatric services annual census of 10,000 patients or greater.
Board Certification:
Must be Board Certified in emergency medicine or pediatric emergency medicine.
Life Certifications:
ATLS Certification required.
CME:
Completion of 24 months of Continuing Medical Education.
Ultrasound Training:
Completion of an on-site training course with a minimum of 16 hours of CME.
Case Logs:
Documentation of 24 months of case logs.
CV Requirements:
Must have Work and Hospital affiliations listed separately, with Month/Year format.
Certification Requirements:
ATLS Certification BLS Certification Board Certification in
Emergency Medicine or Pediatric Emergency Medicine DEA License PALS Certification License Requirements:
