NP, Nurse Practitioner/PA, Physician Assistant - Neurology

Description Job Summary We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Neurology team in Longview, TX . This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered neurological care in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in neurology or a related specialty and be comfortable managing a variety of neurological conditions. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of neurological conditions Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits Perform comprehensive neurological assessments and physical exams Order and interpret diagnostic studies including imaging and labs Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and ongoing care Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care Qualifications Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) Previous neurology or related experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule & Compensation Full-time schedule Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
