As the region's center for healthcare, education, and economic activity, Lubbock offers an exceptional environment for medical training and patient care. Home to institutions such as Texas Tech University, Lubbock Christian University, South Plains College, and Wayland Baptist University, the city welcomes more than 52,000 college students each year. Our department provides the full spectrum of surgical and clinical otolaryngology services, from tonsillectomies and cleft-palate repair to head and neck cancer surgery, facial reconstruction, cochlear implantation, and thyroid procedures. With a growing faculty, a residency program established in 2016, and multiple clinic locations, our department remains dedicated to expanding access to outstanding patient care for West Texas and beyond. Rank of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor and applicable salary are dependent upon candidate's qualifications and experience.
