Physicals only•DARS (Dept of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services)/ Disability exams

Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:

BC/BE or GP accepted, TX license. Cannot work for any State or Federal facilities•VA (DADS as an example, its is a conflict of interest), Need Actual copy of TX license when presenting, CV must have some applicable experience performing physical exams similar to Social Security Disability Exams.
