EMA (Modernizing Medicine) iPad and phone provided Compensation Model Year 1 guarantee: $20K-$30K/month (based on schedule/volume) 40% of collections, increasing to: 45% above $750K 50% above $1M 5% of collections from supervised midlevels (optional) $125 per visit for clinical research participation Benefits Full medical, dental, vision (Curative PPO + United Healthcare) 100% 401(k) match up to 5% 25 days
