Liaison ) to help build and grow our referral network and strengthen our presence in the medical and local community. Position Overview The Physician Liaison is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and community partners to drive patient referrals and clinic growth. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with physicians, medical offices, and healthcare referral sources. Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to increase patient referrals. • Identify new partnership opportunities and expand into untapped referral sources. Educate providers on FYZICAL services, specialties, and patient outcomes. Conduct regular in-person visits to physician offices and community organizations. Track referral patterns and provide insights into clinic leadership. Represent the clinic at community events, health fairs, and networking functions. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure excellent patient experience. Maintain CRM records and outreach activity reports. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Marketing or related field (preferred) 1+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, physician liaison, or related medical sales roles. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of physical therapy or healthcare industry is a plus. Comfortable with outside marketing and physician office visits Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
