Join Our Radiology Team as a Radiology Unit (Xray/CT) Tech Make an Impact with Cutting-Edge Imaging! Are you a dedicated Radiology Technologist eager to advance your career in a dynamic healthcare environment? We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Radiology Unit, specializing in X-ray and CT imaging. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art GE imaging equipment, delivering high-quality patient care while collaborating with a supportive team that values your expertise and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate GE imaging equipment for X-ray and CT procedures Ensure accurate and timely diagnostic imaging in adherence to clinical protocols Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures Participate in a call rotation to support 24/7 imaging services Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver exceptional care
Required Skills:
Valid ARRT certification and Texas Medical Board (TMB) license Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification Experience with GE imaging equipment Strong knowledge of imaging protocols and patient handling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a team Nice to
Have Skills:
Prior experience working in high-volume or acute care settings Additional certifications in advanced imaging techniques Familiarity with hospital information systems and electronic medical records
Preferred Education and Experience:
radiologic technology degree (Associate s or Bachelor s) Minimum of 2 years of relevant imaging experience Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
Other Requirements:
Must arrange or secure housing prior to assignment, as there is a facility housing waitlist Ability to work 5x8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Participation in a flexible call rotation
