Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive patient care across a variety of clinical settings, utilizing your expertise in internal medicine, emergency medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, or specialized fields such as critical care and hospital medicine. Your responsibilities will include performing thorough physical examinations, developing treatment plans, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes through effective diagnosis and management. Duties Conduct detailed patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history intake, and physical examinations to establish accurate diagnoses. Manage acute and chronic conditions by developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate medication administration, procedural interventions such as suturing or dermal fillers, and lifestyle counseling. Perform diagnostic evaluations utilizing medical imaging, laboratory tests, and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks to inform clinical decisions. Provide specialized procedures including airway management, catheterization (cardiac or urinary), botulinum toxin treatments, spinal taps, and dermabrasion when indicated. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for hospital-based care such as ICU management, trauma response at Level I/II trauma centers, neonatal ventilator support, or PICU interventions. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical records and safeguarding patient confidentiality. Participate in clinical research or clinical trials to advance medical knowledge and improve patient care standards. Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in hospital settings such as emergency departments, ICU units, or outpatient clinics; Level I/II trauma center experience is highly desirable. Demonstrated proficiency with EMR systems including Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms; familiarity with CPT coding, ICD-9/10 coding for billing purposes is essential. Strong skills in airway management, IV infusion techniques, phlebotomy, suturing, and pain management procedures. Critical care experience including ventilator management and dialysis procedures preferred. Knowledge of infectious disease care protocols and public health standards; experience with telehealth services is advantageous. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to perform physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations accurately. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments such as urgent care or emergency medicine settings; triage experience is beneficial.
