This position offers a stable, transparent, and physician-focused practice model designed for long-term sustainability, balanced scheduling, and a collaborative clinical environment.

Position Description:

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist Care team model with a maximum 1:4 MD-to-CRNA ratio Collaborative clinical environment 7 operating rooms, 2 endoscopy suites, and OB coverage No pediatrics No trauma cases Leadership opportunities available Practice structure designed to support physicians working at the top of their license without production pressure Full-time opportunity with W-2 or 1099 options available

Position Perks:
