Job Description

Job Summary MedFirst Family Medicine is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its primary care team in San Antonio at our Northwest location. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established outpatient practice focused on providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all stages of life. The role offers a collaborative environment with strong clinical support and an emphasis on continuity of care. This position is ideal for a provider who enjoys building long-term patient relationships while managing a broad range of acute and chronic conditions in a primary care setting. The schedule supports a consistent workweek, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Position Highlights Full-time outpatient primary care role M - F schedule along normal business hours with no nights, no weekends, and no call!
