- Employed Internal Medicine opportunity with a mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and nursing home care
- Established patient panel with significant unmet demand and immediate volume available
- Average clinic volume of approximately 10-12 pats per day, allowing for longer patient visits and relationship-based care
- Flexible schedule with 32-36 hours of clinic time per week
- Competitive base salary plus productivity incentives, and additional earning potential through call pay, APP supervision, administrative responsibilities, and medical directorship opportunities Strong sense of community
