Job Description United Regional Physician Group (URPG) URPG is part of United Regional Health Care System (URHCS) Not for profit healthcare organization certified by the Texas Medical Board with the URPG Board of Directors comprised of practicing URPG physicians Primary care is part of the multi-specialty practice that is inclusive of; Internal Medicine Endocrinology Neurology Urology OB/GYN Bariatric surgery Orthopedic Surgery Sports Medicine Podiatry And strong referral network to multiple specialists within the community Modern clinic facility with lab services and imaging services on-site On-site primary care clinic walk-in clinic to provide same day access for minor, acute conditions Strong primary care support team inclusive of Advanced Practice Providers, LVNs, MAs, RN nurse navigators, community health workers, experienced practice managers, and peer physicians Highly competitive compensation model that includes incentives for production, panel size, quality/value-based goal achievement, and additional compensation for oversight of Advanced Practice Providers.
