IMMEDIATE
need of a Permanent Endocrinologist (or Encrinologist Fellow) for our client in CA!!! Role Description This full-time, permanent, on-site Endocrinologist role is based in beautiful, sunny California. The Endocrinologist will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal and pituitary conditions, and other hormonal imbalances. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient consultations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with primary care providers and specialists such as cardiologists when appropriate. The clinician will provide ongoing chronic disease management, patient education on lifestyle and medication adherence, and evidence-based care aligned with current clinical guidelines. Additional tasks may include participating in multidisciplinary case discussions, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and documenting all care accurately in the medical record.

16-18/day Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in managing Diabetes, including complex and insulin-dependent cases. Experience or interest in Pediatric Endocrinology for organizations serving adolescent or pediatric populations (if applicable to site needs). Ability to collaborate effectively with related specialties such as Cardiology for patients with endocrine-related cardiovascular risk factors. Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) in California State and valid DEA registration. Completed or in the process of completing fellowship in Endocrinology. Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to patient-centered, culturally responsive care. Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team and adapt to a busy clinical environment. Familiarity with electronic health records and current clinical guidelines in endocrinology and diabetes management.
