Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality surgical care in a timely and patient-focused manner. Participate in hospital initiatives including quality control, risk management, and compliance programs. Collaborate with other physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Support department goals, budget objectives, and performance metrics at the individual level.
Qualifications:
Doctorate from an accredited medical school. Licensed to practice medicine by the Virginia Department of Health Professions. Minimum of one year of medical/surgical experience.
