Role:

Kids don't get sick on a schedule - and families shouldn't have to wait days for care. KidsWatch combines primary care and urgent care into one seamless pediatric model with extended hours.

What You'll Do:

Evaluate and treat common pediatric illnesses and injuries. Perform well child visits. Manage both scheduled and walk-in patients. Collaborate with supervising physicians.

Why This Role Is Different:

No traditional panel. No inbox or after-shift responsibilities. Flexible, shift-based model. Strong MA support (2 per shift). On-site diagnostics and procedures.

Schedule Options:

8am-4pm (daytime). 4pm-10pm (evenings). Weekend shifts available.

Compensation:

$70-$75/hour (daytime). $80-$85/hour (evenings/weekends). Growth-based incentives.

Requirements:

Licensed PA-C in Virginia. Pediatric experience preferred.
