Physician OB Hospitalist Christiansburg, VA No GYN Coverage Level 3B NICU Nearby $214.50/hr Are you a board-certified physician seeking an exciting locum opportunity in Virginia? Preferably 1+ year in acute hospital or OB-hospitalist settings Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application ($214.50/hour) Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per state and federal law Travel, licensure, certification, and lodging reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team to ensure your success What You ll Do Provide emergent OB care and GYN services as needed Collaborate with in-house anesthesia and MFM teams Manage approximately 72 deliveries per month Support the hospital s OB unit with unassigned and private patients Participate in emergency situations within the labor and delivery unit Coordinate with other hospital staff for patient care continuity What You Need Virginia medical license (or eligible for one) Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Minimum 1+ year relevant hospital or OB-hospitalist experience Ability to handle emergent OB cases efficiently Excellent teamwork and communication skills About the Assignment This position is based at a leading hospital in Christiansburg, VA, offering a dynamic environment where you can make a meaningful impact.
