Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM
- 7:00 AM
Closed ICU
No call responsibilities after shift completion
Supportive administrative and clinical leadership

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive inpatient care from admission through discharge
Admit and manage unassigned patients from the Emergency Department
Respond to codes and in-house emergencies
Provide consultations as appropriate for Behavioral Health, Med/Surg, and other inpatient services
Participate in observation care and diagnostic interpretation within scope of practice
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Candidate Qualifications MD or DO degree
Completion of an accredited residency program
Board Certification or Board Eligibility
Eligibility for Virginia medical licensure
DEA certification
