Sculpt Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to join our team in McLean, VA. We are a leading medical spa and plastic surgery center dedicated to elevating patient experiences with advanced aesthetic procedures, innovative technology, and holistic, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of aesthetic procedures and a passion for delivering exceptional, natural-looking results. The surgeon will evaluate patients, discuss goals, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. This role requires commitment to staying current with the latest surgical advancements, safety standards, and industry trends. Responsibilities Conduct thorough consultations to assess patients' aesthetic goals and expectations. Develop and implement individualized surgical plans based on patient needs and medical history. Perform minimally invasive plastic surgery procedures for both the face and body. Ensure the highest level of patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout the surgical process. Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experience and care continuity. Provide clear, compassionate communication regarding procedures, expected outcomes, and recovery. Stay up to date with evolving techniques, technologies, and trends in aesthetic plastic surgery. Requirements Board Certification in Plastic Surgery (required). Minimum 1+ years of post-training experience in aesthetic plastic surgery. Strong expertise in minimally invasive and cosmetic surgical techniques. Excellent patient communication skills with a commitment to high-quality outcomes. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary aesthetic and wellness team.
