Opportunities are available for both Day Hospitalists and Nocturnists, offering flexible schedules, manageable patient volumes, and innovative tools to enhance clinical efficiency.
Position Highlights:
Schedule:
Flexible block scheduling (e.g., 7 on / 7 off, 5 on / 5 off)
Annual Shifts:
184 shifts per year, including a minimum of 2 weekends per month
Hours:
8:00 AM
  • 6:00 PM (unless on call)
Call Schedule:
Approximately 5 calls per month (Call shifts: 7:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM while rounding)
Patient Census:
  • Starting census of 14-15 patients
  • Average of 1-2 admissions during daytime round-robin (until 3:00 PM) Support
  • Dedicated APP support for unit-based rounding (Monday-Friday)
Clinical Environment:
Closed ICU model and Codes run by the ICU team Level I Trauma Center with full in-house specialty support Clearly defined service line agreements with specialists No required procedures Optional non-procedural POCUS training (CME-supported)
Technology & Efficiency:
Utilize advanced AI-powered tools such as Regard and DAX Copilot to streamline documentation and improve workflow efficiency—allowing you to focus more on patient care.
