POSITION OVERVIEW
Outpatient-only Family Medicine role caring for patients across the lifespan Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care Supported by full administrative team structure No nights, no weekends, and no inpatient responsibilities referenced Stable weekday schedule within established outpatient primary care setting

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary up to $220,000 annually Student loan repayment up to $50,000 Health insurance with 80% employer-paid premium Dental and vision insurance 401(k) with 3% employer match 15 PTO days plus 8 paid holidays CME reimbursement: $1,500 plus 5 CME days Life insurance $2,500 relocation allowance
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide outpatient Family Medicine care for patients of all ages Manage preventive visits, chronic disease care, and acute primary care needs Maintain continuity of care within outpatient panel-based setting Collaborate with administrative and support teams to coordinate patient care Complete clinical documentation within outpatient practice environment

Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
REQUIRED
Active Virginia medical license
