We specialize in trauma, attachment, emotional regulation, and relational work. We are not a "high-volume, push clients through" practice. We value clinicians who want to slow down, think deeply, and help clients create real change. Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Therapist who is passionate about doing impactful clinical work and wants to grow within a supportive, team-oriented private practice. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who want: A steady referral stream Ongoing clinical support and supervision Flexibility and autonomy A path to grow within a group practice Compensation 15 clients/week: $50,000-$70,000/year 20-35 clients/week: $70,000-$100,000+
