Position Details Seeking an experienced APP; nephrology experience strongly preferred Combination of outpatient nephrology and dialysis responsibilities, including rounding at multiple dialysis locations Responsibilities include office follow-up visits, same-day/emergent add-ons, and supporting physician efficiency and patient flow Collegial small-practice environment located in a modern shared medical office building alongside Urology and Cancer Care services About Our Hospital and Health System Fauquier Health is a 97 bed hospital located in Warrenton,VA and is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network committed to making communities healthier ® with acute care, rehabilitation, and behavioral health facilities from coast to coast.
