Nurse Practitioners Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a well-established Family Medicine practice in Williamsburg. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services with a focus on adult and chronic care management, while also having some pediatric care opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting Manage acute and chronic conditions for adult patients with some pediatric care Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes Promote preventive care and wellness through patient education

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license Minimum of 3 years of Advanced Practice Provider (APP) experience required Experience in family medicine, primary care, or internal medicine preferred
