Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in West Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality primary care services in a supportive community setting, serving patients across the lifespan, to include pediatric care. Opportunities are available in multiple locations throughout the region.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care with a focus on Pediatrics Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions Perform wellness visits, preventive care, and health screenings Coordinate care with specialists and healthcare team Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent). Completion of an accredited Pediatric residency program. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Eligible to obtain and maintain an active West Virginia medical license.
