Full-Time Position Overview A leading healthcare organization in southern Vermont is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus in Hand or Foot & Ankle Surgery to join a well-established and collaborative Orthopedics & Sports Medicine team. This opportunity offers a balanced practice, advanced surgical technology, and a supportive clinical environment with strong work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive orthopedic care with a focus on hand or foot & ankle conditions Evaluate and treat a broad range of musculoskeletal disorders Perform surgical procedures using advanced robotic-assisted technology Manage outpatient clinical care and participate in scheduled surgical blocks Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including physicians, PAs, and clinical staff Participate in a shared call rotation (1:4) with PA first-call coverage Utilize the EMR system (Cerner Community Works) for clinical documentation Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with productivity-based incentive (wRVU) Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with employer contributions Generous PTO and CME allowance Student loan repayment eligibility Short- and long-term disability coverage Flexible spending accounts (medical and dependent care) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Required Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery Fellowship training or specialization in Hand Surgery or Foot & Ankle Surgery preferred Active or eligible Vermont medical license Clean malpractice history CPR, BLS, and DEA required prior to start Eligible for credentialing and hospital privileges
