Within the Radiology unit—also known as Diagnostic Imaging and Imaging Services—the Manager of Radiology Department will guide integrated MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray, mammography, nuclear medicine, and interventional radiology operations aligned to a patient-first model; the department features a patient-centered approach with on-site diagnostics, an ambulatory surgery center, and a strong focus on preventive health—all supported by a highly rated electronic medical record system, enabling faster diagnoses, smoother care coordination, and consistently exceptional patient experiences.

Reporting to a Director of Imaging Services with close executive sponsorship, the Manager of Radiology Department will lead modality supervisors, technologists, schedulers, and

professionals while collaborating daily with friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team; the Manager of Diagnostic Imaging will oversee staffing and budgeting, optimize throughput and report turnaround, champion radiation safety and dose protocols, drive ACR/Joint Commission readiness, standardize imaging protocols, elevate peer review and quality dashboards, and partner with physicians and APPs to advance evidence-based imaging across inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory settings.
