Vida Integrated Health is seeking an experienced Functional Medicine Provider (MD/DO, ND, PA, or ARNP) to join our dynamic FM concierge medical team at our Seattle (Ravenna), Bellevue , and Kirkland locations. Schedule:

Full-time Compensation:

$125,000 - $300,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, integrative healthcare solutions. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, considering lifestyle, environmental, and genetic factors. Facilitate open communication with patients to ensure understanding and adherence to treatment plans. Contribute to a supportive and innovative clinic environment by sharing insights and collaborating on patient care strategies. Participate in team meetings and case discussions to enhance patient outcomes and team cohesion. Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications:

US Work Authorization. Active WA state professional license in good standing; Must be a Licensed Naturopathic Physician, Physician Assistant, Medical Doctor, or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP). Functional Medicine Training or A4M Fellowship required. Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a primary care setting, including urgent care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other providers, internal and external. Knowledge of injections such as Hormone Pellet Therapy Procedures, trigger point injections, steroid injections, IV Infusion Therapy, and PRP Joint/Prolotherapy is a plus.
