Up to $160,000/year (based on caseload)
Psychiatrist:
Early Career:
$280,000
  • $320,000
Mid-Career:
$320,000
  • $380,000
High-Demand/Specialized/Leadership:
$380,000
  • $450,000+ All compensation is productivity-based (fee-for-service) and varies with client volume and payer mix.
Position Overview We are seeking licensed behavioral health providers across disciplines to deliver outpatient mental health services as independent contractors in a growing Washington State practice. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians seeking high earning potential, autonomy, and flexible scheduling . Preference will be given to providers comfortable working with clients across the lifespan (children, adolescents, and adults). Contractor Status & Compliance (WAC-Aligned) This is a 1099 independent contractor role , structured to align with Washington State regulatory expectations : Providers maintain full control over clinical decision-making, scheduling, and caseload Providers function as independent businesses , not employees No employer control over the manner and means of care delivery Providers are responsible for maintaining their own licensure, insurance, and business compliance
Qualifications :
Psychologists:
Active Washington State Psychologist License (PhD or PsyD)
Psychiatrists:
MD or DO with active Washington State medical license Board-eligible or board-certified in
Psychiatry All Providers Must:
Hold a master's degree or higher (doctorate for psychologists/psychiatrists) Obtain and maintain: Washington State Business License City of Longview Business License Carry active professional liability insurance Demonstrate ability to work independently with a diverse clinical population Responsibilities Provide outpatient behavioral health services (therapy, assessment, and/or medication management depending on credential) Maintain documentation compliant with Washington State WAC, DOH, and payer standards (Medicaid/Medicare) Independently manage caseload, scheduling, and service delivery Utilize evidence-based practices appropriate to the discipline Benefits (Contractor Model) As an independent contractor, you are responsible for: Health insurance Retirement planning Paid time off Taxes and business expenses Ideal Candidate Clinically autonomous and self-directed Interested in building or maintaining a strong caseload Comfortable working across age groups ( preferred: lifespan providers ) Committed to high-quality, ethical care Apply Submit your CV/resume and a brief statement outlining your clinical focus and preferred populations.
