Position Overview:

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (0.8 FTE - 1.0 FTE) Primary Care Physician either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained to join our Lynnwood Medical Center team in Lynnwood, Washington. Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health--or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice. This position is 100% outpatient with no call required. You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7. Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages. AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half. Lynnwood Medical Center Compensation and Benefits Salary Range:

$279,366 to $328,666 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)

Annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics

Generous Employer Retirement Contributions:

Upon eligibility WPMG will contribute 10.3% of your base salary to your 401(K) with additional employee contributions being optional
