About the Clinician's Workday The hematologist/oncologist will provide outpatient general hematology and oncology care 2-3 days per week in 8-10 hour day shifts, managing 12-14 patients per day with no call or weekend coverage. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and managing hematologic and oncologic conditions in an outpatient clinic setting. The clinician will be enrolled with payers and will document all patient encounters using the Flatiron - ONCO EMR system, with support available as needed. Board certification and an active Washington state license are required for this assignment.
