Exciting Locum Tenens Opportunity for Pediatric Gastroenterologist in Washington Are you a dedicated Pediatric Gastroenterologist seeking a fulfilling locum tenens opportunity? We have an exceptional assignment starting on January 29, 2024, near Oak Harbor, WA, and extending through March 31, 2024. This is a fantastic chance to contribute your expertise to a renowned facility in the area.
Position Highlights:
Schedule:
The locum tenens position involves scheduled clinical hours only, providing you with a focused and rewarding experience. Clinic coverage is needed Monday to Friday during two specific date ranges: January 29 to February 11 and March 18 to March 31.
Patient Load:
With an average of 13 patients per shift, you'll have the opportunity to deliver specialized care to a diverse pediatric population. The facility has a dedicated team of support staff, including RNs and MAs.
Practice Setting:
This opportunity is primarily outpatient, ensuring a comfortable and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
Board certification in Pediatrics and active licensure in the state of Washington are required. The facility only accepts bids from providers with active licenses in WA.
Credentialing and Support:
Credentialing is estimated to be completed within 60-90 days, allowing for a seamless onboarding process. The facility provides a supportive environment with an RN and MA available for assistance.
Travel and Location:
The nearest airport is recommended for travel convenience, and lodging recommendations will be provided. Enjoy the vibrant culture and scenic beauty of the Seattle area while contributing to the healthcare needs of the local pediatric community.
Specialty Skills:
Candidates with expertise in non-invasive ventilation management (neo-puff), ventilation management for both newborns and pediatric patients (acute and chronic), intubation, sedation, and various procedures relevant to Pediatrics are preferred. How to
