Hospitalist - Pediatrics Are you a dedicated Pediatric Hospitalist looking to make a meaningful impact in patient care while enjoying a flexible, ongoing schedule? Join our dynamic team in Richland, WA, where your expertise helps improve children's health outcomes in a collaborative and supportive environment. Required Skills Active medical license in Washington or eligible through IMLC Board Certified in Pediatrics (BC) Current DEA certification BLS and PALS certification Ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities Nice to Have Skills Prior pediatric hospitalist experience Additional certifications such as NRP Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution At least 2 years of pediatric hospitalist experience preferred Proven track record working in inpatient pediatric settings Other Requirements Availability to work 10-12 shifts per month, including 12-hour shifts with evening call (7 am - 7 pm, and 7 pm - 7 am) Willingness to participate in ongoing credentialing processes Ability to pass background checks and adhere to hospital policies Embark on a rewarding journey with us—bring your expertise to our pediatric team and help shape the future of pediatric healthcare.
