Job Description

We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Naturopathic Doctor to join our integrative health team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to holistic, patient-centered care and experienced in using natural therapies to support healing and wellness. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients using naturopathic principles and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on mental health, family-centered care and health promotion.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive health assessments and screenings for individuals of all ages, taking into account physical, emotional, and environmental factors that may impact health outcomes. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using natural therapies such as herbal medicine, homeopathy, nutrition, physical medicine, and lifestyle counseling. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and medical imaging Prescribe medications and treatments Collaborate with patients and their families to set health goals and empower them to actively participate in their own care through education, coaching, and support. Offer holistic interventions and modalities to support healing and symptom management, such as nutrition counseling, stress reduction techniques, and integrative therapies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and address the diverse needs of patients. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and outcomes in electronic health records (EHR) systems. Participate in case reviews, staff meetings, and continued education.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) from an accredited naturopathic medical school. Valid and current WA state license to practice naturopathic medicine. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply). Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in natural medicine. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and standard documentation practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families. Commitment to cultural competence, diversity, and inclusivity in healthcare delivery. Contract Payment Competitive fee-for-service reimbursement rates commensurate with experience and productivity.
