Cardiology NP or PA Supervisor needed in Wenatchee, WA ( Leadership-Track Role 4-Day Workweek ) A highly respected, physician-led healthcare system in central Washington is actively seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join its well-established cardiology team . This opportunity is ideal for a provider with at least 5 years of cardiology experience and a proven background in clinical leadership who is looking to grow within a progressive, patient-centered organization. Position Highlights:
Full-time schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week (no weekends) Minimum 5 years of cardiology APP experience required Leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting is strongly preferred Join a busy, high-performing rural cardiology program with a strong patient base Collaborative, team-based care model with mentorship and peer support Emphasis on quality outcomes, continuity of care , and provider well-being
Compensation & Benefits:
