Do:
As our Audiologist, you will perform a variety of diagnostic hearing assessments, including pure tone air and bone conduction testing, speech audiometry, and impedance audiometry. You ll interpret test results for patients and physicians, offer expert recommendations on medical follow-up, hearing aids, and ear protection. You ll conduct personalized hearing aid evaluations, fitting and instructing patients on operation and maintenance. Additionally, you will perform routine hearing aid troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Required Skills:
Active Washington State Audiologist License Successful completion of a master s or doctorate degree in audiology, including clinical practicum experience Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A) for master's degree candidates or equivalent qualification Proficiency in diagnostic testing and hearing aid fitting procedures Excellent communication skills with patients and healthcare providers Strong interpretation and problem-solving abilities Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with the latest audiological technology and hearing aid systems Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Previous experience in a clinic-based audiology setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
Doctorate of Audiology (AuD) from an accredited institution Prior clinical practice experience in a healthcare or ENT setting Current BLS certification
Other Requirements:
