Required Skills:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology Valid medical license to practice in the designated state Proven experience in hospital rounding and outpatient care Excellent clinical judgment and patient communication skills Ability to handle call responsibilities effectively Competent in managing MAC cases (5 cases expected) Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with advanced endoscopic procedures Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems Participation in quality improvement initiatives Multilingual abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
Completion of fellowship training in Gastroenterology Minimum of 2+ years of clinical practice in a hospital or outpatient setting Prior experience with hospital-based call coverage
Other Requirements:
Willingness to take call as required Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Travel and licensing reimbursement when applicable Compensation for this position is set at an hourly rate of $1.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
