These clinics offer robust support staff and integrated services , allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care while maintaining excellent work-life balance. Each location features in-house lab, X-ray, physical therapy, behavioral health, and dietitian services , with specialty care readily accessible. Schedule & Call Full-time:

40 hours/week Minimum 32 patient-facing hours Minimum 4 clinic days/week

Call:

Large call group, phone-only (approx. 1:30+) No inpatient responsibilities No scheduled weekends or holidays (except call coverage) Teaching & Growth Optional teaching opportunities with Medical College of Wisconsin - Green Bay students Leadership, education, and professional development pathways available Physician-led culture with shared governance model Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed +

Time Off:

200 hours/year PTO during guarantee period 264 hours/year PTO post-guarantee
