Otolaryngologist (ENT) Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunity Western Wisconsin A growing health system in Western Wisconsin is seeking a full-time or part-time otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a collaborative and patient-focused team. This opportunity offers flexibility with a .5 1.0 FTE schedule (approximately 2 4 days per week), minimal call responsibilities, and an excellent work-life balance while providing high-quality care to the community. Position Highlights Flexible scheduling options:
Full-time or part-time (.5 1.0 FTE) Approximately 2 4 clinic/surgical days per week Minimal call responsibilities Supportive and collaborative medical staff Opportunity to build and grow a thriving ENT practice Excellent quality of life in beautiful Western Wisconsin Responsibilities Conduct initial consultations and follow-up evaluations for ENT patients Perform surgical and non-surgical ENT procedures within scope of practice Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare teams Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans Accurately assess, document, and manage patient care plans Maintain complete and up-to-date medical records Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otorhinolaryngology Eligible for or currently holding Wisconsin medical licensure Strong interpersonal and communication skills Patient-centered approach to care About the Community Western Wisconsin offers an outstanding quality of life with beautiful scenery, outdoor recreation, excellent schools, and welcoming communities.
