$475000.00 - $575000.00 The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the nation's No. 1 hospital system seeks a gastroenterologist for a busy, comprehensive practice in La Crosse, WI. The successful candidate will join eight other GIs providing consultative gastrointestinal services to a primary care patient base of 240,000. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in gastroenterology. Opportunity Highlights Experience a blended clinical/consultative practice with research and teaching opportunities if desired Provide consultative gastrointestinal services to a primary care patient base of 240,000 Work in a state-of-the-art Endoscopy/ERCP/Fluoroscopy Unit in a 225-bed medical center, with HD Olympus endoscopic equipment, Givens capsule endoscopy, and single balloon and endoscopic ultrasound Excellent work-life balance with very light call Academic appointment Comprehensive practice includes 4 NPs who see patients in a self-contained GI clinic and hospital Collaborate with colleagues across the health system to cure, connect, and transform the way care is delivered in a multidisciplinary team-based environment Highly competitive salary and benefits, up to $100,000 appointment supplement, and comprehensive benefits Community Highlights Located along the banks of the Mississippi River, La Crosse is a charming community in southwest Wisconsin and a great place to live and work.
