Monday-FridaySport & Spine Clinic of Marshfield is an outpatient physical therapy practice dedicated to high‑quality, evidence‑based care in a supportive and collaborative environment.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director. This role combines patient care with leadership responsibilities, offering an opportunity to guide a high‑performing team while supporting clinic growth and operational excellence.
Oversee patient evaluations, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence‑based careReview referrals, patient histories, and medical records to support appropriate treatment decisionsSupervise and mentor clinicians, assistants, and rehabilitation techniciansSupport complex patient cases through direct care as neededEnsure accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and reportsDevelop and monitor individualized plans of care and treatment goalsPromote effective communication among staff, patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partnersOversee clinic operations including scheduling, workflow, and quality assuranceContribute to strategic planning, performance metrics, and clinic growth initiativesQualificationsGraduate of a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapy programCurrent or upcoming Wisconsin Physical Therapy licenseCPR certificationAbility to work effectively in an autonomous outpatient settingBasic computer skills, including EMR systems and MS OfficeExperience with balance and vestibular rehabilitation preferred (or willingness to learn)New graduates welcome to apply
